Our Pricing Calculator will give you a ballpark cost for our Design Services. Many factors will affect the final design estimate, including size and complexity of design, location, desired timeline, etc.

How to Use:

Total Square Footage: Add up the estimated square footage of all levels of the home, including garage.

Project Complexity: This scale represents the number of additional details required to complete your project. To use this sliding scale, factor in the number of corners, roof lines, timber details, sustainability considerations, and vaulted ceiling features that will be in your project. Our final pricing is based on how many floor levels, cross sections, elevations, and special details we have to design to complete the final Construction Documents.
